Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Salama Legal SLP (NIF B25943473), a Spanish limited company trading as "Immigration in Spain" / "International Tax & Legal Spain", with registered office at Plaza de Andalucía 6, 29620 Torremolinos, Málaga (Spain). Contact: taxlegalspain@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, nationality, location and the details of your situation. We also process the technical data your browser sends and, if analytics are enabled, aggregated usage data.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation you request — pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
- Consent, where you give it (for example for optional analytics or marketing).
- Legal obligations applicable to a regulated law practice.
4. Who receives your data
Your enquiry is transmitted through our form provider (FormCarry) and reaches the practice by email. We do not sell your data. Service providers act as processors under appropriate agreements.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the periods required by professional and legal obligations. Otherwise it is deleted when no longer needed.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Cookies
This site currently uses only what is necessary to function. If analytics or third-party cookies are added, a cookie banner and cookie policy will be provided and your consent requested first.
